3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy shared at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

4. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, and other required documents.
  • Blue Oceans Holidays will not be responsible for any issues arising due to missing or incorrect documents.

5. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes requested after booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, or operational issues.

6. Liability

  • Blue Oceans Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers.

7. Pricing & Inclusions

  • The package cost includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any additional expenses such as personal expenses, entry tickets, meals not mentioned, etc., are not included unless specified.

8. Force Majeure

Blue Oceans Holidays shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen situations.


9. User Responsibilities

  • Customers are expected to behave responsibly during the trip.
  • Any damage caused by the customer to property or services will be their responsibility.
